1. Not allowed
- Pretending to be another person or business, or using a name, logo or ID number you are not entitled to.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, fake payment details, or collecting other people's payments or data under false pretences.
- Content that is illegal in India, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
- Harassing, threatening or exposing another person's private information.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Selling or advertising illegal goods or services, including prohibited drugs, weapons and counterfeit goods.
- Misleading reviews, fake ratings or paying for reviews.
- Spam, malware, or attempts to break, overload or probe the service without permission.
2. Reviews
Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Businesses may reply to reviews but may not offer rewards for positive reviews or pressure customers to change them.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, pause a profile, limit features or suspend an account that breaks this policy. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it. Serious cases, such as fraud, may be reported to the authorities.
4. Reporting
Anyone can report a profile or review using Report on the profile or the Report Abuse page. Reports are reviewed by our team.
