No. Sole proprietors and businesses that aren't registered yet can create one. Registration and tax IDs are asked for only when they apply to your business type. Which IDs apply

Yes. The setup saves as you go, and optional sections can be skipped and completed later from your dashboard.

No. Most phone cameras read QR codes directly, and your profile opens in the browser. You can also share your profile link where a code isn't practical.

No. The code holds only your profile link. Change your number, photo, plan or template and the same printed code shows the new version.

Personal profiles use a2zqrcard.com/p/yourname and business profiles use a2zqrcard.com/b/yourbusiness. You choose it during setup, subject to availability.

Anywhere people can scan it: visiting cards, email signatures, your CV, shop counters, ID cards, stickers, flyers and your phone's lock screen.

Yes, any time from your dashboard. Free profiles use the Studio template in blue; Personal Pro and business plans unlock every template and accent colour. See templates

Only your public profile, and only the fields you've marked Public. Your document vault, emergency contacts, ID numbers and bank account details are never shown on a scan.

Yes. Every contact field has its own visibility: Public, Private or Approved contacts only. Try the privacy controls

Yes. Pause your profile and a scan shows a short message that you're not sharing right now. Turn it back on any time; the QR doesn't change.

Every public profile and review has a Report option. Reports are reviewed under the Acceptable Use Policy.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and data. Details will be in the Data Deletion policy, published before launch.

Your profile shows your UPI ID, payment QR or bank details, and people pay in their own UPI or banking app. A2Z doesn't process or hold the money and doesn't take a cut.

Yes, on Personal Pro and business plans. Add QR codes from Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI or your bank, each with its own instructions and visibility.

No. Account numbers are never shown on a public profile. Only the details you choose, such as your UPI ID or payment QR, are visible.

No. The vault is part of your private dashboard and needs your sign-in. A document marked 'On request' is only shared after you approve the request. About the vault

No. Every upload is optional, and A2Z never needs an ID document to create your profile.

Add an expiry date to a document and choose how early to be reminded. You'll get a reminder by email and in the app before it runs out.

Storage depends on your plan, and extra storage is available as an add-on. Limits will be confirmed at launch.

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable taxes such as GST are shown at checkout, and your invoice lists them separately.

Yes. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

Your profile moves to the Free plan. Paid-only content, such as the vault or invoices, is hidden but kept, so it comes back if you upgrade again.

Choose Log in, then 'Forgot password?', and enter the email or mobile number on your account. We'll send you a link or code to set a new one. Open log in

Yes. Choose 'One-time code' on the log-in screen and we'll send a 6-digit code to your verified email or mobile number.

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address is right. You can ask for a new code after 30 seconds.

Yes. One sign-in can hold your personal profile and every business you own or belong to, each with its own plan, team and settings.
